Step into the role of a master builder in Between Two Castles: Essential Edition, a competitive tile-drafting and placement game for 1-8 players. Designed by Ben Rosset and Matthew O’Malley, this edition combines the original game and the Secrets & Soirees expansion into one complete package.

The king demands the most magnificent castles, and you have been chosen to help design them. But such monumental projects require teamwork—each castle is built in partnership with the players on your left and right. Throughout the game, you will draft and place room tiles, balancing strategy and collaboration to create stunning, high-scoring castles.

At the end of the game, each castle is scored separately, and your final score is determined by the lower-scoring castle you helped design. To win, you must divide your focus and build both castles wisely.
